Inspect the label

Triage tells an editor what work is needed next. Our studio treats each document as something to inspect rather than something to decorate. A clear label describes the evidence available; it does not manufacture certainty.

Where the evidence stops

A green label can falsely suggest that every associated statement has been validated. The useful output is a descriptive evidence label and a defined next question. We separate information stated by a publisher from editorial interpretation and from an observation that would need physical testing. The visual treatment of a file does not change that distinction.

A practical next step

Use descriptive next steps rather than percentage certainty. Keep the question, the source reference and the remaining limitation together so that a later reader can reconstruct the reasoning. This article is an editorial documentation exercise; it does not report a physical device test or assign a product score.
